I’m listening to the music on the radio and having a light breakfast – getting all warmed up. See, to inspire others, one has to inspire and motivate oneself first.

Here we go! Time to do what I love: teaching and motivating. Liza here has been my patient for almost a month, and she’s been recovering fast. Good patient and student I may say – she follows my advice quite religiously. A few more sessions and she’ll be fully recovered from her ankle injury.

10a.m

Quite stubborn this one, his name is Charlie. He’s so engrossed with competition and his sport that he has neglected his health. Got quite an attitude too, so I think he’ll need more time to correct his knee problem. He’s a challenge, but guess what? I like challenges!

Life is full of surprises really. Stacy is back on her toes already, in just three days. We all thought it’ll take her weeks. Now that’s a highlight of her day, and mine too!

Time for some exercise and workout. I’ll be doing some running and strengthening exercises. Actually, it’s very convenient for me as I work in the gym.

Off we go to the new teahouse some two blocks from the away for lunch – can’t wait!

Never a dull moment so they say. My boss just asked me to do a presentation for a school exercise event. Quite exciting. I can show them the new exercise program I’ve been working on.

Did I just say there’s never a dull moment? Well one of my patients, (name withheld of course!) just shared the problems he’s having with his girlfriend. Needs an emotional fix huh? Let me flex my muscles!

My “planning ahead” time. I’m working on another idea which hopefully, I can present to MOH someday. I actually want to play a part in the administrative sector – brainstorming ideas and solutions to help the general population in a bigger scale.

Chill out time! Well not really, since working does not stress me to the point that I need to chill out. Anyway, what was it that I’m supposed to do today? Coach table tennis or swim? I guess I’ll go watch a movie... or catch up on my reading... or...
