    c. Good in critical thinking and taking an analytical approach to problem solving
    d. Thrive on the challenges of being facilitators of positive change in people’s lives
    e. Be innovative and creative in devising treatment programmes and ensuring that assessment, intervention and monitoring are precise
    f. Be a team player
    g. Be meticulous and accurate
    h. Ability to work with patients from all walks of life
    i. Teachable and willing to learn
    j. Ability to motivate, encourage and inspire
