Minimum Qualification

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognized by Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Registered nurses have to be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board to practice.

Institute for Training

• Nanyang Polytechnic & Ngee Ann Polytechnic have Diploma in Nursing for
  O Levels graduates
• NUS has Degree in Nursing for A Level graduates

Duration of Study

• 3-4 years for degree and
• 1-2 years for postgraduate diploma or masters in a clinical specialisation

Additional Requirements

You will also need 5 years of work experience, pursue a Master’s degree in Nursing @ NUS, then have a 1-year internship before you can become an APN.
